Data Migration and Multi-category Schedule

New Feature:

All products now live in one schedule, organized by views instead of separate schedules per category.

  • No Product Category Restriction:
    You can now organize and view all products together—no longer limited by product category.

  • Views:
    New dropdown for Shared and Personal Views; better view management and search options.

  • Add Product from Firm Library:
    Refreshed interface with new filters and better product search.

  • Add ‘Product Category’ Field to Filter and Sort:
    You can now filter and sort products by their category using a new default field.

  • Request Recommendation Modal:
    Redesigned the modal for a smoother experience when requesting product suggestions from Schedule.

  • Fields:
    Cleaner layout for adding and managing fields in schedules, with new hide/show options.

  • Placeholder Product :
    More intuitive flow for adding placeholder products, with required category selection and smart suggestions.

  • Search by Manufacturer:
    Improved manufacturer search with category filtering and better handling of missing data.

  • Migrate Existing Schedules and Views:
    All legacy schedules and views have been migrated into the new system (Multi-Category) without data loss.



Updates:

  • Added an error disclaimer message to inform users that Ask-Ace may make mistakes, and results should be reviewed carefully.

  • Enhanced design for selecting and adding products to SpecPlanner directly from schedules.


Bugs:

  • Resolved an issue where users were stuck in a verification loop when trying to create an Acelab account.

  • Fixed the PDP link on product cards in Ask Ace for products that belong to multiple categories.
