Implementation Support
Self-Implementation
A dedicated Acelab team offers library implementation support on a case by case basis. The support includes migrating history data and setting up the library.
Eligibility for support is based on a set of criteria your company must meet (see below).
The Self-Implementation option is open to all companies and users and is especially suited to smaller companies that do not qualify for implementation support.

Does Your Company Qualify for Library Implementation Support?
Acelab provides implementation support for companies that fall into one of the following categories:
Architecture, Design, and Design-Build firms with 10+ Staff Members. We may make exceptions for smaller firms that work with large consultant teams
Architect/Developers, AE Firms, and Vertically-Integrated Owners with Design teams of 3+ people.
Ownership (Property, Institutions, Corporations) or Development Groups with capital project or asset management teams.

If your company does not quality for Materials Hub Concierge, don't worry! You will certainly be able to take advantage of the Materials Hub. We will provide you the resources and guidance needed for you to implement your library at your own pace.
