What are Acelab webinars?

Acelab organizes and facilitates virtual webinars where designers, architects and AEC professionals can learn more about products and materials directly from manufacturers. Webinars are usually 1-hour long and provide a great opportunity for learning more about innovations and solutions to elevate your projects.

How do I get more information about upcoming webinars?

Do webinars count toward AIA Continuing Education Credits?

Participation in some live webinars gives you AIA-approved CEU credits. To identify which webinars give AIA credits, look for the AIA logo on the top right-hand corner of the webinar's ad.

Note: While recordings don't provide CEU credits, they provide knowledge that may guide you to better materials decision-making.

Who presents at Acelab webinars?

Presenters are manufacturer representatives of Acelab partner brands.

How do I register for a webinar?

Click on the link included in the email you received, complete the form with your information, and hit Register. You will receive an email confirmation with the link to join the webinar.

I did not receive a link to attend the webinar, how do I join?

Double-check your email inbox and junk/spam folders. If you cannot locate the confirmation email with the link to join, sign in at acelabusa.com and send us a message using the live chat button at the lower right-hand corner.

I can't register for a webinar, what should I do?

I attended a webinar, how do I get my credits?

If you added your AIA number to your Acelab account profile, or in the webinar form when registering, your credits will be automatically credited. This make take up to five days.

To add your AIA number, sign into Acelab, click on your profile at the top right-hand corner, and select Manage Account. Click Edit in your Personal Profile section and add your AIA number.

If you did not add your AIA number before attending a webinar, please, use the Webinar Support Request Form to get in touch with us.

How do I get my certificate?

Your certificate will be sent to you either by us or by the manufacturer who presented at the webinar. It may take up to 5 days for the certificate to be issued. If you have not received your certificate after 5 days, please, use the Webinar Support Request Form to get in touch with us.

Are webinars recorded?

Yes! You may watch past webinars here. Although watching the recording does not give you AIA credits, you'll gain knowledge that may guide you toward better materials decisions for your projects.
