Sharing schedules allows users to collaborate with stakeholders, such as team members, consultants, contractors, or clients. When sharing you can choose to share one or many schedules in a Bundle.
What Is a Bundle?
A Bundle is a package of multiple product categories schedules. Bundling allows users to organize and distribute a cohesive set of schedule and spec divisions, ensuring that all necessary data are shared together for a specific purpose or phase of the project.
In the example below, bundles are named for the stakeholder and the phase of the project.
How Many Bundles Can You Create?
One project can have multiple bundles, but each bundle can only have one View per Product Category schedule. One bundle can include many views if they are from different schedules. Please see the diagram below which helps illustrate this concept.

Tip: We recommend creating the necessary views before creating bundles.

Permissions in Bundles
When creating a bundle, you will assign permissions. There are two permission levels: View & Comment or Edit.
View & Comment will allow for those with the link to the bundle to see the specific view shared and also to comment on the product using the comments field.
Edit: users with the link will be able to edit the fields you choose.
For example, in the screenshot below, the Client will be able to edit the Status field only, to indicate their approvals. They are not able to edit the image or quantity fields.
Sharing a Bundle
