There are two ways to request product recommendations from Acelab's experts:
From Schedules (i.e. your Library or a Project Schedule)

Professional Experience. Products we have specified, detailed, or worked with directly in traditional practice.
Established manufacturer relationships. Manufacturers we have existing relationships with allow us to validate product data and identify local technical reps.
Internal product database. Searches across Acelab’s internal database of 100,000+ live products, supported by our AI Co-Pilot to identify comparable options based on initial request.
Supplemental external research. Select use of external AI tools, online research, and manufacturer websites to fill gaps, validate product requirements, or identify emerging products when appropriate.
This layered approach allows us to balance experience-driven insight with visibility into both established and emerging product options.

What Happens After You Submit a Request?
You'll receive a confirmation email immediately
An Acelab expert will review your request
Once confirmed, they will open an online conversation
You may access the conversation from the Conversations button on the left-side menu, or the message icon on the top right-hand corner.
You'll receive personalized product recommendations with detailed explanations and alternative options if applicable
