Your leads are automatically categorized into five distinct stages based on architect behavior:

Nurture Stage

What it means: Early-stage interest and brand awareness

Automatic triggers:

  • Architect visits your brand page

  • Architect visits product detail pages

  • Architect registers for your webinars

Visible data includes:

  • Company location

  • User role and region

  • Page visit frequency

  • Webinar registration details

Education Stage

What it means: Active learning and engagement. This stage indicates architects are investing time to learn about your solutions.

Manual triggers:

  • Architect attends your webinars

Visible data includes:

  • Company Name

  • Company Location

  • Firm Region

Promotion Stage

What it means: Active product discovery and consideration

Automatic triggers:

  • Architect sees your products in Visual Search results

  • Architect finds your products through the platform search

Visible data includes:

  • Search queries used

  • Product categories of interest

  • Project details (type, budget, phase, location)

Recommendation Stage

What it means: Direct engagement and high-intent interactions

Selection Stage

What it means: Collaboration intent and specification activities

Automatic triggers:

  • Architect saves your products to active projects

  • Architect adds your products to firm libraries

Visible data includes:

  • Project details and specifications

  • Product usage frequency

  • Firm library organization

  • Multiple product selections from your catalog


Dashboard Navigation

Home

Your leads are displayed in a familiar Kanban-style board with columns for each pipeline stage. Each lead card shows key information at a glance.

  • Search bar: Quickly find specific leads among hundreds

  • Sort: Organize by Aβ†’Z, Last Update, or Date Added

  • Filters: Select as many filters as you'd like and quickly locate leads by owner, location, product category, project budget, lead status, and more.

  • Click on a lead to:

    • Change its stage

    • Assign it to a teammate

All Conversations

  • Click on All Conversations to see a list of new and processing inquiries, conversations awaiting replies, completed, and on hold

  • An overview board appears at the top with totals for conversation in each stage

  • The conversations listed include details such as company and architect name, project info, and contact owner

  • Click on a conversation to open it


Lead Data and Insights

Understanding Lead Uniqueness

  • Conversation-based leads: Each conversation generates one unique lead

  • Company-based leads: Multiple users from the same company may consolidate into a single lead

  • Project-based leads: Individual projects create separate lead entries

  • Activity-based tracking: Page visits and interactions are tracked per company

  • Contact information: Names, emails, company details, locations

  • Behavioral data: Page visits, search queries
