The name of product reps and a direct link to connect with them is automatically added to the Reps field in Schedules whenever that information is available.
For any product where rep data is missing, you may request Acelab's help to identify and connect a representative.
Note: The green checkmark identifies reps from manufacturers that are Acelab partners.
How to Request Product Rep Connection?
Navigate to Schedules
Add the rep field (if not already added)
Make sure the field is not hidden
Find the rep cell that refers to the product for you are seeking a connection
Click the "+" sign
Select Request Connection
In the pop-up, check that the correct manufacturer is displayed
If needed, edit the default message
Click Send
What Happens Once a Request is Sent?
Your request and message will be sent to Acelab's team. A conversation will be started in the Materials Hub, and you will be notified when we have an update.
